    Family on the 4th, but I might be able to get out on the 3rd. I have some limitations of Friday(It's brew day and my brother and I are doing a full-grain Irish red). I have a window though. when on Fri?

    Friday it is! 1:30 at the shop for a nice easy ride. steve is in also as long as it's easy as well. It will be nice for a casual ride. 1-2hours.

    ok, I'm gonna head out and get three 30 minute tempos in, then hit the shop at 1:30 for some easy, beer sipping, shit talking, easy fat burning miles.
