Wed. PowerStarts

I'm trying to get in a confirmed ride during the week. For those not already obligated to a ride(etc), would you like to do the PowerStarts at 6:00pm? Bring your lights and let's meet at the shop. Last year we had great success doing them in the condo lot below Marye's Heights. Come on 1500 watts!!! Reflective materials should be a must!!!

    I'm game. I did these last week over there and it is still a great place to do them (although something must interfere with my powertap because it only said I got 1240W, surely that's not right!). I'll see you at 6pm tomorrow night. The lights are already on the bike.

    Guys, It looks like rain so I'm switching my workout with Thursday's "E" spin on the rollers. I'll try for Thursday at 6:00 at the shop for some PowerStarts. Takers?

    The rain is really coming in from the east and there is no end in sight. I'll be doing a version of the PS on the trainer with the resistance at the max. The upper-body won't be utilized, but the legs, oh the legs! Let's try to hook up this weekend!
